2010 BAYTAF CLASSIC MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND (MAY 28-30) EVENT/ENTRY INFORMATION NEW THIS YEAR!!!! The 1600m Medley Relay (200m, 200m, 400m, 800m) will replace the 4X800 relay in 2010. The change is designed to provide athletes more opportunities to run in a relay event. The BAYTAF Classic athlete entries will be processed by CoachO. Click here to for on-line meet entry www.CoachO.com . The data base will be ready to receive input March, 2010. Please Note: Meet entries will be limited to the first 1,500 registered athletes. After that the system will be closed. AAU single-age group competition for athletes in the Youth Division (14) down to sub-bantam. The following events will have preliminaries and finals: 100m, 200m (PEE-WEE, final only), and 4X100m Relay. The 400m is the "ONLY" event that we will use performance times to seed the races for all age groups. All other events will be a time final. All Open/Master races will be a time final (3 event maximum for Open/Masters) and will be contested on Friday, May 28, 2010 starting at 3pm. Performance standards will be enforced for all field events for “YOUTH” not Open and Masters. Athletes are required to provide their own implements. Entry fees are YOUTH / $6.00 per event, OPEN/MASTERS / $10.00 per event (a relay leg is considered an event and the athlete must be registered for the relay to compete on that relay). Team Competition is offered at no additional cost; Division-1 (large teams), Division-II (medium teams) and Division-III (small teams). Deadline for on-line data base entries and entry fees is Saturday, May 15, 2010. Entries/fees will be received after the deadline but will be considered late (will have to be input by meet management) and must use the late registration form in the "FORMS TAB". The late registration fees are YOUTH/ $10.00 per event and OPEN- MASTERS/ $12.00 per event (all fees must be attached to the submittal or it will not be accepted). NO, late entries will be will be accepted after Wednesday, May 19, 2010. To process changes to events for athletes in the data base after the deadline is $5.00 / per athlete. Changes (ONLY) will be received and processed through Friday, May 28, 2010. Payment for on-line registration must be made by credit card only.
